Return Policy
At Weaves of India, all of our products are custom-made and crafted with care. Therefore, we do not offer returns unless the item is damaged. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in packaging and delivering your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
1. Inspect your order upon receiving it.
2. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at weavesofindia2024@gmail.com.
3. Provide proof of damage (photos of the damaged item and packaging).
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will process your return and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return due to damage or defect:
• The item must be in its original condition as received, with tags and original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at weavesofindia2024@gmail.com with your order details, proof of damage, and description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions on how to ship the item back.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
